Welcome to LUXINZA. By accessing our website, placing an order, or using our products and services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
1. Payments & Order Confirmation
All orders must be fully confirmed through advance payment unless otherwise agreed in writing. For large or special production orders, LUXINZA may require a partial advance payment before manufacturing begins.
Orders are processed only after payment confirmation has been received.
2. Production & Delivery Time
LUXINZA products may include made-to-order, customized, or specially prepared items. Because of this, production and delivery timelines can vary depending on product type, quantity, and customization requirements.
Estimated delivery times are shared for guidance purposes only and may change due to production schedules, logistics, or external factors.
3. Order Changes & Cancellations
Customers may request order modifications or cancellations within 24 hours of placing the order.
After this period, orders may already be in production or dispatch preparation, and changes or cancellations may not be possible. Any approved changes after confirmation may result in additional charges.
4. Returns & Exchanges
Customized, made-to-order, clearance, or specially produced products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Returns may only be accepted for eligible standard products in unused condition and in original packaging, subject to approval by LUXINZA.
5. Product Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers are responsible for inspecting all products at the time of delivery.
If any package appears damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, it must be reported within 24 hours along with supporting photos and order details. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.
6. Freight & Shipping Damage
Any visible shipping or freight damage should be noted immediately on the delivery receipt before accepting the shipment.
LUXINZA is not responsible for claims related to damages that were not reported at the time of delivery.
7. Warranty & Defective Products
LUXINZA products are covered according to the applicable manufacturer or supplier warranty terms.
If you receive a defective product, please contact our support team with:
- Order number
- Product photos
- Description of the issue
Warranty claims are reviewed after inspection and verification.
8. Product Variations
Due to lighting, screen settings, textures, and natural material finishes, actual product colors and patterns may slightly vary from website images or samples.
Minor variation in shade, texture, or finish is considered normal and not a manufacturing defect.
9. Installation Responsibility
Customers are advised to inspect products carefully before installation.
LUXINZA will not be responsible for issues arising after installation of damaged, incorrect, or unverified products. Professional installation is strongly recommended for best results.
10. Pricing & Availability
All prices, product specifications, and availability are subject to change without prior notice.
LUXINZA reserves the right to discontinue products or update specifications at any time.
11. Limitation of Liability
LUXINZA shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from misuse, improper installation, delays, or external circumstances beyond our control.
